It is entrusted to exercise control over humanity to its faithful henchmen: aliens, homeless people and housing and communal services workers. However, there was a brave hero who decided to challenge the villain and stop him. His name is Bear Hellraiser! Taking his faithful fiery ax (Ax of St. Pigidius), the hero goes to administer justice!
